4th of July Duds

There are so many great options out there for what to wear for 4th of July. Me and my mini will be rocking out the Firecracker Lily Pulitzer dresses shown below (bonus...they glow in the dark, how cool!) Also, I can vouch for the knot sandals from West MArine, not only so classic preppy, but incredibly comfortable. I bought mine back in spring and have just about worn them out already ♥

V-Day Goodies ♥

The first holiday my hubby and I ever celebrated when we were dating was Valentines Day, and he made sure to make a big deal of it, and ever since, he's done a pretty good job of making my Valentines Day's pretty special. Even though he's a very manly man :) he's also exceptionally good at picking out things I love.

Fall favorites are coming out of hiding in my closet, now that the cooler weather has finally reached us in Florida. Nothing I love better than my riding boots and cozy sweaters :) I picked up some great stuff from Tommy Hilfiger this week, while we were out getting a jump on Christmas shopping. Have you discovered Kohls?

We moved from one side of Pensacola, to the other, back in January, and now we have a Kohl's just down the road. I've only been in one once a couple of years ago, and wasn't really impressed, but in a hunt for khaki uniform pants for my son, found myself there last week, and upon closer inspection, found some really cute stuff. In particular,  I liked the Lauren Conrad collection. Here's a few things I scooped up.

Super cute poncho, I usually am not a big fan of these, but I layered over a white tank, and paired with dark rinse jeans and tan Jessica Simpson Flats on Monday, and it was a really comfy fall look.

 

Love feminine florals, paired with a cream cardigan, skinny jeans and brown riding boots maybe?

And I got this Pointelle Open Cardigan, in black though....you can never have enough light cardigans for layering.
